A short lace base makes Illume feel deliberately compact before the overskirt changes its scale. At first, the eye meets a mini dress with narrow straps, a straight neckline, and a corset bodice marked by visible boning beneath floral embroidery. The basque waist draws the line inward, keeping the shape sharp and close. Then the removable overskirt shifts the same bodice into a floor-length A-line silhouette, adding lace and tulle volume around the hips and extending into chapel movement. The transformation is not hidden; it is the central visual idea. Without the overskirt, Illume feels short, fitted, and graphic. With it, the embroidery continues into a longer bridal outline, softening the lower body while keeping the corset structure clear.
