Each Eva Lendel gown comes with a care label containing instructions specific to the fabrics and materials used in that particular design. Always follow these instructions first, as care requirements may vary from one gown to another.
Professional Cleaning
We recommend entrusting your gown to a professional cleaner experienced in working with bridal and eveningwear. Avoid washing, dry cleaning, steaming, ironing, or treating stains at home unless the care label specifically indicates that it is safe to do so.

Avoid prolonged storage in plastic packaging, as it may trap moisture.

Handling Your Gown

When putting the gown on, we recommend applying makeup, perfume, hairspray, body lotion, and other beauty products beforehand and allowing them to dry completely.
Travelling With Your Gown
When travelling, keep your gown protected in a garment bag. If you are flying, we recommend carrying the gown with you whenever possible rather than placing it in checked luggage. Contact your airline in advance to confirm its cabin baggage and garment policies.
After travelling, allow the gown to hang naturally and have it professionally steamed if necessary and permitted by the care instructions.
After the Wedding
We recommend having your gown professionally cleaned as soon as reasonably possible after the wedding, even if no stains are immediately visible.
For long-term preservation, store the professionally cleaned gown in appropriate archival or breathable packaging, away from sunlight, moisture, and significant temperature changes.
