The shoulder line without sleeves
“Bez rękawów” describes the arm opening, not one fixed neckline. Eva Lendel’s Alegra has a strapless corset base; its detachable overskirt changes skirt volume without covering the arms. Other sleeveless gowns use straps, so the neckline and back can look entirely different within the same sleeve category.
Support comes from the bodice
A strapless corset and a fine-strapped gown can both leave the arms bare, but they organize support differently. Alegra’s structured corset holds a straight upper edge above a close sheath skirt. Its low back and detachable overskirt create a much stronger change in the rear view than the bare shoulder line suggests. For another shoulder treatment, compare spaghetti-strap dresses or the broader straps selection.
Does sleeveless mean an open back?
No. Back coverage is a separate design choice. Alegra has a low back, while another sleeveless gown may close higher. Compare both views of the actual dress when choosing between these shapes.
